Michelle FlorCruz is an Assistant Director of Brand, Marketing, and Communications at EY. In this role, she conceptualizes and executes communications and marketing initiatives for EY’s Global Innovation team, with a focus on advanced tech and AI.

Michelle has a decade of experience in the communications space in the United States and Asia, ranging from editorial content marketing, journalism, podcast production, and social media.

Prior to EY, she worked at the global non-profit cultural institution Asia Society, as the Social Media and Digital Content Manager where she created and managed a breadth digital editorial content aimed at promoting the institution’s diverse initiatives and global brand identity.

She was born in Manila, Philippines, raised in Beijing, China, and now resides in New York City.
